Non-contact tag rugby emphasizing balance, coordination, spatial awareness, and the joy of chasing the ball in a playful setting.

⚡ U10 – U12: Junior Pathway

Step-by-step introduction to safe contact technique, ground work, passing mechanics, and collective team support.

🏆 U14 – U18: Youth Rugby

Tactical understanding, competitive matches, and international tours such as the prestigious Sainte Dévote Tournament in Monaco.

✓Training Times: Wednesdays 18:30 – 19:30 (6:30 PM) & Saturdays 17:00 – 19:00 at Glyka Nera.
